Dear Neighbors,

As we step into 2026, the California Village Chair 2026 on behalf of the esteemed Residents of the California Village, would like to wish each and every Akright resident a healthy and prosperous New Year. We the California Village Residents are grateful for the vibrant Akright community we share and for your continued support in making Akright as a whole a wonderful place to live. 

Reflecting on 2025, we the California Village Residents are proud of our contributions and participation towards the overall collective achievements of the overall Akright community. Looking ahead, we are excited to continue to uphold this spirit that has evolved to become the specific hallmark of the California Village Resident community;

- Californians always remember to check for the Akright events calendar and community updates

- Californians are each and every year a neighborly reminder for their unrelenting embrace of the motto "New Year, new beginnings!" , and always mindful of our Akright community guidelines so everyone can enjoy making each and every New Year, the best ever.

- Californians stay informed, through heightened communication with their deputies, as well as through attending and contributing to Akright meetings and initiatives, as well as on the Akright Social media WhatsApp Platforms.

- Californians are in an exemplary manner, always found at the forefront of "Neighborly Kindness and Responsible Ownership", and thereby follow the Golden Rule of treating neighbors with the respect they too would like to receive.
